The activities of the computer support team can be classified as covering a wide spectrum of interdisciplinary applications of computer methods and information technologies. In most cases, team members not only provide technical support, but also perform highly specialized computer programs necessary to solve problems and operate IT systems. Their main areas of activity include computer hardware diagnostics and repair, software configuration and maintenance, computer network management and user support in solving technical problems.
